Warranty:
At Al Merkaz UAE, we stand behind the quality of our products. Appliances come with a 12-month warranty. If any issues arise during this period due to normal use or manufacturing defects, we will cover the cost of both replacement parts and labor.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by user misuse or normal wear and tear. Additionally, transportation costs for sending the product to us and back to you are the responsibility of the customer.
Repair & Investigation Costs:
For defects outside of the warranty period, repair costs will apply. We will provide you with an estimate of these costs upfront and will proceed with repairs only with your consent.
Investigating the cause of a defect may require time and testing. In some cases, the cause may be untraceable or the item may be beyond repair. In such instances, the investigation fee and shipping costs will still apply.
