If troubleshooting over the phone isn’t sufficient or further inspection is required, you can send the faulty appliance to our factory for maintenance.
Installation & Assembly
To ensure your convenience, our appliances are designed to be ‘plug and play’ upon delivery. While most appliances are delivered pre-assembled, some may require minor assembly or connection to water supply or drainage. Our user-friendly design minimizes the need for technical expertise or advanced tools, ensuring hassle-free installation.

Repair & Investigation Costs
Outside Warranty Defects: In the event of a defect outside the warranty period, repair costs will apply. We’ll provide you with an estimate of these costs in advance and proceed with repairs only upon your approval.
We request reimbursement for investigation costs as diagnosing the cause of a defect can be time-consuming. Sometimes, the defect may be untraceable, or the item may be irreparable. In such cases, the investigation fee and shipping costs apply.
Investigation costs typically represent only a fraction of the total expenses.
Within Warranty Defects: For defects covered by the warranty, investigation and repair costs are waived. However, transport costs for shipping to and from Almerkaz are the responsibility of the customer.
