1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time:

• Shipping costs can be calculated by adding products to your shopping cart. You will see the exact shipping costs in your shopping cart.
• Expected delivery times are provided for each product.

2. About Your Delivery:

• The carrier depends on the delivery address and order size:
  • Packages: DPD
  • Pallets: Dachser
• Orders are packed with care in our warehouse and shipped insured.
• Small or light goods are sent as parcels, while large and heavy goods are transported on pallets.
• Deliveries on pallets are made only to the first door of the delivery address, not over the threshold, unless agreed otherwise.
• Large or heavy products cannot be delivered over thresholds, stairs, or to other floors.
• Specific provisions limiting delivery locations must be stated by the recipient when ordering.
• If delivery access is limited, a new appointment will be made at the recipient’s expense.
• Please check your order for completeness and damage upon arrival. Report any discrepancies or damage to our company within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
